Deposits & Refunds
To reserve the apartment, full payment must be made no later than three weeks (21 days) prior to your arrival (check-in date).
If you cancel your reservation before three weeks (21 days) of your arrival, your rent payment will be returned in full.
If you cancel your reservation within the three weeks, 1 to 20 days before your arrival, your rent payment will not be returned because of a short notice of cancellation.
A standard short-term rental agreement will be forwarded to you before any payment is expected.
A $100.00 fully refundable security deposit is required upon your arrival. This security deposit is to insure the apartment is well kept along with the contents of the home.
